Patrick has a background in architecture having studied it for his undergraduate degree and his Master’s degree.
After graduating he joined internationally recognised architecture practice Hall McKnight, working on private homes, museums and universities. Patrick moved to residential development specialists Frame Property to pursue a specialism in property development. Working within an end-to-end developer with a focus was on providing exceptional new-homes to the market that are unique, layered and architecturally rich. Patrick moved to LiFE Residential to gain exposure of managing large property portfolios before joining consultancy Sq. One Real Estate. He has enjoyed designing, building, marketing, managing and selling property within the UK, building a rich understanding of the whole development process, and brings all these skills to Sq. One Real Estate.
Sq. One is an end to end, mixed use and residential consultancy born out of the belief and values that an independent consultancy can implement. Patrick sponsors the charity Centrepoint which provides support, housing and health services to young homeless people across the UK. He also is a keen runner, boxer and cook, always on the look out for interesting new recipes or menu’s to try.
